At AMP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
